Everyone has a dream, be it as a Professional, Engineer, Architect or an Entrepreneur, the most ultimate goal is to live the life of Your Dream, have a dream house, a dream car, go for a long vacation and be Financially free.  
 
10years ago when I was an engineer, I started to think What is my goal in life ? Where i will be heading and what i will be doing in the next 5 years? Will I still be in this job as a Marketing Professional? It was in the last 5 years when my life changed, my career started to make a turned and reached the stage where i think it's time to make a change and look for sometime which i can take ownership and something which I can control my own destiny…
 
If you have read the motivational book "Who Moved My Cheese" by Spencer Johnson and the famous Book "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert kiyosaki. No doubt it's everyone's dream to be financially free, but the truth is No one knows HOW to achieve their dream and take actions to move themselves out of the comfort zone…
 
Most people are having a full-time 9-to-5 job, some even have two jobs, working part-time as a salesman or in a restaurant…  Why?  It's for one simple reason, that is to earn enough money to pay for the bills… But no matter how many jobs or How hard Most people are working, or spending more than 40 hours a week on the job, they are still living pay-check after pay-check and are struggling to have enough money to go for a vacation, go for early retirement or buy a dream house. This is the fact… and the truth is most people still continue this way of life without realising the fact. It's Time that we make that change…
 
Why most people do not change? There are 2 Key Reasons which i will discuss here. 
 
1. Living In The Comfort Zone.
They are just too comfortable in where they are…. Change is too risky for them. They have negative thoughts and mindset. They have gone this far and change is just another burden and see there is no need unless something changes…then they
will think about it.
 
2. Fear Of The Unknown.
The fear within individual to make these changes. What will happen if they cannot make it, will they lose everything? Is there a way of turning back?  The fear that they cannot achieve success, and not able to acheive what they have enjoying now. And the fear of losing that security and the fear of the unknown. The Fear overcome their desire and overcome their mind to change.
 
Most of us are given a chance or two an opportunity to make this life tranformation changes and achieve financial freedom, but the fear of taking actions and moving from the current state to the next unknown state seems far and unsecure.  This thoughts within everyone of us are pulling us backward to achieve our dream, and keep most people at their status quo…
 
We have heard stories of many entrepreneurs making millions, achieving success and financial freedom. The key factors that bring them to where they are now are positive mindset, determination and aspiration to succeed in whatever they want to acheive in life… Their mindset has change seems the first day they made that decision to change and a Never-Give-Up attitude that bring them to where they are today… 
 
Continuous Learning is the key to success, It's the self learning that create wealth for us, and these learning are never taught in our school days. It's depends on Ourselve to Make that Changes to Start Thinking about What is Our Goal That will bring Success in life be it in financial, social, spiritual or health.

You may be wondering, Is network marketing suitable for you?  Are You able to create success with any network marketing program? You will never know until you try, but the problem is most people already given up before even trying… 

Is Network Marketing for Everyone ? Here is the fact…. 

Whether You believe it or not…The Answer is No. More than 90% of the network marketers fail to make it or leave the industry simply Not because they cannot make it, but for other reasons…  There are people who show no interest in joining network marketing program. But These individual may be a potential Top Earner, with capabilities to build success in network marketing.

If you are a Top earner in one Network marketing or MLM program, the chances of YOU being a Top earner in another new program is high. But if you fail in one program, the chances of failing in another program will be high too, reason being that You do not make it right the first time..

To determine if Network Marketing or MLM is really for You. You need to evaluate if you have this criteria before even deciding to join any network marketing program…

1.  Your Mindset 
This is your attitude, determination, committment and aspiration to success in this business. Your understanding of the business and Your vision and goals towards building success in this business.

2.  Are You committed to Learn
Learning is a key to success in any business. Continuous learning and improving one's Skill is necessary. Are You willing to put in effort and time to learn?

3. Do You have the Passion for Social Network
Do you like to make new friends? Connect with friends via online social media and build relationship with them.

4. Are you Serious?
Network Marketing is a business. You have to take it as Your Own business. Most people join for the fun of it and are not serious or do not committ any time to it.  

5. Working in a Team
Network Marketing is about teamwork, and working independently will not make you go any further.

6. Meet and Talk to people
Some people do not like to meet or talk to people they do not know. This is a major problem. In network marketing, this might happen. Some programs do not required you to meet or talk to people, but with a personal touch, can take you further and faster.

7. Process and System oriented
Network Marketing is all about process, system and tools. Are You a process oriented person? You need a process to build your team…

8. Are You Trustworthy
Are you a person whom can be trusted by others. Eventually, you are building a network. If someone likes and trust you. They will be more than willing to work with you.

9. Lead by example
Your ability to lead people and built your team. No one is a born leader and this can be train over time.  Do you have what it takes to be a leader ?

10. Help Others to Succeed and Grow
Most importantly, you need to help others to grow and succeed, if you do not, your retention rate will go down and the same goes to your income…

Let's Go 'Back to Basic' by understanding the Law of Attraction. The Law of Attraction refers to the ideas that thoughts influence Change and attract people into believing and liking.
 
Attraction Marketing is Really About YOU and YOUR Branding. About WHO You Are, What You Do, Your knowledge and capabilities that enable you To Share…  By personally expressing their thoughts, Ideas and experiences into their own blog, websites or videos and social networking sites, An Online Entrepreneur are able to attract like-minded individuals into the business and as a results building up list of potential business leads into their marketing funnnels. 
 
The problem is How do we apply the Law of Attraction Marketing into Your Niche business ? 
Based on my view, these are the 3 steps on How You can adopt attraction marketing strategy:
 
  1. know Your Skill and Ability
  2. Your ability to put together what You acquired into useful information
  3. How You share your acquired knowledge and skill to the community
These steps really looks simple, BUT How do you leverage on attraction marketing to build your business online. The process may look complex, to make it simple and easy, I have outline it in simple lay man terms which you should be able to follow this process.
 
Step #1 – Understand Your Passion 
Understand Your Interest and Passion, what you excel best in ? Your long term goals and visions.
 
Step #2 – Create Value 
Bring value by Sharing your knowledge which you acquired or learn On your blog, Videos, Social Media like Facebook or Twitter..etc. Tell people WHO you are, Create a Bio in the profile page with a decent Photo. Include "My Story" to tell people who you really are, Your experience and Your Qualification, Hobbies and Interests…
 
Step #3 – Acquire Leads
When People like what you have to share and your profile. They will be attracted into Your contents/Blog or video and will automatically follow up. You need to have a mechanism to capture your prospect contact details into your marketing funnel.
 
Step #4 – Follow Up
Once You got your your List of prospect in your marketing funnel. Develop a followup mechanism to consistent share information and provide value to your Prospect. As relationship is the Key to Any Online Business.
 
Step #5 – Continuous Sharing
Share News, Latest product/services and market information about your niche. Remember the 80/20 rules. 20% of Your Prospect who became Your customers will continue to be with you and give you repeat Sales. So Keep Sharing Contents and provide VALUE.

Here is the fact, to be successful when joining any network marketing program, and ensure long term survival in the industry, We need to learn and understand the basic as a newbie. The truth is 90% of new network marketers either fail or struggling to make it after joining any network marketing program.

I have seen new network marketers making the same mistakes over and over again. Here are 7 most common made mistakes, but there are not limited to only these.

Mistake #1 – Don’t take time to complete the Training
Its really sad to see this, but its true. Most marketers do not take or complete the courses provided by the network marketing program. Be it product, sales or marketing training. Learning the necessary Skill is the key to success.

Mistake #2 – Taking it too Easy…
Most new marketers do not take the program seriously. Some doing it whenever they like it… and worst of all they expect the Sponsor or leaders to place downline below them…or hoping for a Spill-over from any uplines… This big mistake contribute to major failure..

Mistake #3 – Cannot Take Rejection
After a few rounds of rejection from friends or prospect, the marketers get disappointed and discourage easily and eventually, think that the program does’nt really work out and then what’s next… Sponsors are there to help. They will hold you by the hands when you are new and slowly loosen as you gets more into the business. Sponsors are always there for you to call or email for any help. Make use of sponsor to make a presentation with you to prospect… and you will learn from there.

Mistake #4 – Do not know how to leverage on Sponsors or leaders

Mistake #6 – Forget about Yourself
Selling products, focus on the network companies brand and benefits of the program… But forget about self branding. I belief that people join people, products and program play a part. But branding Yourself is just as important…

Mistake #7 – Telling prospect the opportunity is easy
New network marketers normally are new and usually provide misleading information to prospect to seduce prospect into joining the business. Lack of knowledge and providing misleading details might results in poor retention rate…

Passive income is an income received on a regular basis which required very little effort on your part to maintain it and Your time involvement is minimum or zero.

When i started to review the implication of passive income to our life, apparently, Our full-time job will never give us passive income, if we stop working, Income Stops automatically. We used our time to exchange for an income and this is called Earned Income.

To really achieve financial success and freedom, we need to evaluate our goals and evaluate what we really want to acheive in life… Everyone wants to spend more time with families and be financially free, but honestly, most people do not know how to really acheive that..

Here, i am going to reveal some options which will stir your strategic thinking on how you can built up multiple stream of passive income after knowing what passive incomes really is all about.

  • Rent from property
  • Dividend and Interest income from owning a Stocks, Bonds and Shares.
  • Royalties from Books or software or any Intellectual Property or patent that you developed
  • Residual income – repeated income from the payment of any program, products or services that must be renew on a regular basis to continue receiving the benefits and bonus from the program
  • Pension received on regular basis.
