10 questions you should ask to yourself: a preparation to self-improvement. Be all you can be, but it's not always in the Army. I often see myself as somewhat contented with my life the way things are, but of course it's hard to think of anything else when where are real issues to be discussed. Still I aspire for something deeper and more meaningful.
 
So we're all pelted with problems. Honestly it shouldn't even bother or even hinder us to becoming all we ought to be. Aspirations as kids should continue to live within us, even though it would be short-lived or as long as we could hold on to the dream. They say you can't teach an old dog new tricks… or can they?
 
1. What do I really want?
The question of the ages. So many things you want to do with your life and so little time to even go about during the day. Find something that you are good at can help realize that small step towards improvement. Diligence is the key to know that it is worth it.
 
2. Should I really change?
Today's generation has taken another level of redefining 'self', or at least that's what the kids are saying. Having an army of teenage nieces and nephews has taught me that there are far worse things that they could have had than acne or maybe even promiscuity. So how does that fit into your lifestyle?
 
If history has taught us one thing, it's the life that we have gone through. Try to see if partying Seventies style wouldn't appeal to the younger generation, but dancing is part of partying. Watch them applaud after showing them how to really dance than break their bones in break-dancing.
 
3. What's the bright side in all of this?
With so much is happening around us there seem to be no room for even considering that light at the end of the tunnel. We can still see it as something positive without undergoing so much scrutiny. And if it's a train at the end of the tunnel, take it for a ride and see what makes the world go round!
 
4. Am I comfortable with what I'm doing?
There's always the easy way and the right way when it comes to deciding what goes with which shoes, or purse, shirt and what not. It doesn't take a genius to see yourself as someone unique, or else we'll all be equally the same in everything we do. Variety brings in very interesting and exciting questions to be experimented.
 
5. Have I done enough for myself?
Have you, or is there something more you want to do? Discontentment in every aspect can be dangerous in large doses, but in small amounts you'll be able to see and do stuff you could never imagine doing.
 
6. Am I happy at where I am today?
It's an unfair question so let it be an answer! You love being a good and loving mom or dad to your kids, then take it up a notch! Your kids will love you forever. The same goes with everyday life!
 
7. Am I appealing to the opposite sex?
So maybe I don't have an answer to that, but that doesn't mean I can't try it, though. Whether you shape-up, change the way you wear your clothes or hair, or even your attitude towards people, you should always remember it will always be for your own benefit.
 
8. How much could I have?
I suppose in this case there is no such things on having things too much or too little, but it's more on how badly you really need it. I'd like to have lots of money, no denying that, but the question is that how much are you willing to work for it?
 
9. What motivates me?
What motivates you? It's an answer you have to find out for yourself. There are so many things that can make everyone happy, but to choose one of the may be the hardest part. It's not like you can't have one serving of your favorite food in a buffet and that's it. Just try it piece by piece.
 
10. What Really Makes You Tick?
So? What really makes you tick? You can be just about anything you always wanted to be, but to realize that attaining something that may seem very difficult is already giving up before you even start that journey. Always remember, that self-improvement is not just about the physical or philosophical change you have to undergo, but it's something that you really want.

Step1: List your passion. 

You may have no idea. Look around your friends and families, what do they like most, and are these your interest as well?  Do You love to write poem, compose song, personal coaching, places of interest, pets, sports, Golf, fishing, Technology..etc.


Step2: Self Evaluation

How much you know about your passion?   How deep you know about your passion…? What level of expertise you have? You do not need to be an real expert, but with knowledge of what you know is sufficient.


Step3: Bring Value and Benefits

How can your knowledge benefit others?  List 5-10 benefits. How others can benefit from what you have to share and offer.

Do you have a Facebook Fan page which you created for personal, professional business and services? How do you get your visitors or friends to Like your page? Fan will not come unless you market your page actively and at the same time providing good information to your fans that create value and attraction. Increase your Fan base is one of the social media marketing strategy to create awareness of your business.
 
Firstly, let's take a step back and review why you need a Page and Why people would want to like your page. There are 2 reasons, a Page give you Branding. Your Page Name or Username gives you a unique brand for your professional services or products. Facebook users who like your page, just need to click the "Like" button to join your page. 
 
Secondly, you are going to create value and provide useful tips and information that crreate values to the fans. Fan Page is not a place to spam and sell products, it will not work. Facebook users like your Page is because of the services and value you created and not what you are offering.

1. Suggest to Friends
This is one of the basic way which you could do. Click on the "Suggest To Friends" feature on the Fan Page to invite your personal profile friends. This method may not be an effective ways, because those friends in your profile page may not necessarily be your target visitors. And there is a limitation on the number of page individual facebook user can Like up to a maximum of 500 page. Beyond this limit may not be possible unless facebook change the guideline. Although Suggest a friend is a striaght forward process, but not as recommended.
 
2. Add a Fan Page widget Into Your website or Blog
You could embed your fan page widget into your personal website or blog using Facebook Social Plugin.  The Fan page social widget is one of the effective way, as visitors visit your website or blog, and if they like your contents, just have to push the "Like" button on the Social widget.
 
3. Advertise on Facebook Ads
Advertise your fan page in Facebook Ads to increase fan base. This is not a free method, but is one of the most targeted ways to find friends who have real interest in your professional services or products. You could select your target region/country and age groups. This method of increasing fan base is highly recommended, although there is cost involve, but will immensely increase your fans.
 
4. Add to Signature in Your Email
Use your email signature to add a link back to your facebook fan page. You need to creast a username for your fan page, if you have not, go here . Add your facebook Username that you created : http://www.facebook.com/Your_Fanpage_Username  to your email signature. And each time, you send an email to your friends or subscriber, your page will promote by itself.
 
5. Add to Personal Profile  
Add Your fan page link in your facebook personal profile.  In this way, you are promoting fan page to your friends who visited your profile. Add a fan page link in the "mini bio" field just under your Photo. This way create a buzz each time friends visited your personal profile.
 
 
6. Post a Link on Facebook Wall.
Each time you make a post to your wall. Add your Fanpage link at the back of your post using the @ Tag. After finishing your message on your wall, simple add "@fanpage_username" and drop down menu will appear where you could select your fan page. Use this method selectively.

There are many affiliate or network programs online, but some are not worthy in engaging as some may be illegal programs and you may not want to be associated with these type of programs. It is obvious you want to be with a program that offers high quality product that are readily endorsed. The growing number of those who have joined already and are succeeding immensely and proven enough that they are reliable. 
 
Why Join an affiliate program? 
Affiliate program is one of the best business model online. It has been proven again and again that this program works and many online marketers has make success with it in any niche market. The best part is you do not keep inventory and customer services. Another reason it allows you to work part-time. It gives you the opportunity to build a generous residual income and it makes you an owner of a small business. Affiliate programs have already created lots of millionaires. In any online business, generating high conversion leads into your website is key to your online business survival. Regardless of any niche market or network marketing business your are in, without high quality leads, conversion rate will be low and your business will be at risk.  
 
There are DO's and DON'T. Do not buy Leads online that offers a huge amount of leads at a very low price or similar kind of offer, try to avoid this, as these leads are somehow not targeted. And the other reasons being that we do not know where the sources of these leads are from. The similar leads may have been used and sold to other people many times. These are the offers which we need to evaluate before we actually buy it.
 
Here are 7 useful tips to help you get highly targeted leads into your business.
 
1. Keywords
You need to research Keywords Term with at least 500 searches per month. Keyword research is vital in generating highly targeted leads in any niche market. You need to spend considerable among of time in building up your keyword list in your niche. And use these list of keywords in the following online marketing effort. Do Your Keywords Research Here.
 
2. Articles
Use Articles to drive targeted Leads into your website. Write articles and include keywords that you have researched. 3. Pay-Per-Click Ads

6. Discussion Group and Forum
Online forums are good places and you should join 2-3 forums with huge visitors per month. You join forum to answers and post questions in your topic of interest. Forum are not places where you can spam your product offering. Its a place to Share and show people your area of expertise and people who regards you as an expert will visit your link and often these visitors are with specific interest in your niche.
 
7. Solo Ads
Solo ads are paid Ezine Ads which you could use to attract targeted visitors into your website. There are many online eZine offer Solo ads which you could use to drive targted leads into your business. 
 
Overall, driving at least 500 targeted visitors into your website per day is a target which you should set. Assumming 10% of your traffic have real interest in your products, you should be generate at least 30-50 leads in a day into your business….
