Does Online Network Marketing Works?

To many people, the term ” network marketing” or “MLM” is a nightmare to them. They think they have to do massive cold-calling, attends endless meetings, give lots of presentations, suffer tons of rejections.

They also think they have to list down 100 names, beg or persuade or plead their friends to join their business. All these are the reasons why people do not want to start a network marketing business. I bet you don’t like either of the activities I mentioned above. Neither do I.

What if you don’t have to do any of that? Do you like people to approach you instead? What if you can stay at home and stop those boring meetings? What if you don’t have to call any of the leads until they sign up?

Well, all these can happen if you are doing an online network marketing. Online network marketing is also commonly known as internet network marketing. You use the internet to do the business. I call it network marketing version 2.0.

Many people said it’s not possible to do a network marketing business totally online. That is what they thought. I am here to prove them wrong. I am doing it right now. If I can do it, so can you.

Let me clear up some misconceptions first. Doing an online network marketing doesn’t mean that you create an website and your business will run on auto-pilot. You still need to put in that hard work like any traditional network marketing business. You are just using the Internet as a medium to help grow your business faster.

Online network marketing works. So how do you do it?

First you have to realize that, just like internet marketing, online network marketing is a numbers game. Any internet business is a numbers game. Ask yourself, how do you get sales if you have an internet business? You need to have visitors to your websites! Yes, you need to have traffic in order for you to get sales. More traffic equals to higher chance of getting more sales.

Online network marketing works the same way too. Your job is to attract as much traffic as you can and let your prospects exposed to your company’s products and opportunity. In an average sales page, a 1%-3% conversation rate is common. This means that out of 100 people who visited your site, 1-3 will buy your products. In other words, in online network marketing, 1-3 people will join your team out of 100 people.

What does this means? The more traffic you have, the more people will be recruited into your team and your network marketing organization will grow. Simple as that!

You just need to have a simple proven system so that you will have a opt-in lead capture website and get in contact with your leads. Your task is to generate traffic to your website. How to generating traffic is another different ball game and is not within the scope of this article.

But the whole idea is online network marketing really does works. If you know how to do it right, your network marketing business will grow faster than you can thought possible and there will be no more cold-calling in your whole life!
