There are strategies and tactics that apply to all niches and market situations in this book. Got a larger competitor to worry about upon market entry? This book will help. Same goes for the opposing situation as well as a variety of scenarios in between. One of the best tenets of the book comes at the start with A-B-C-D (Always Be Collecting Data).

This book holds great insights into coaching and the advantages finding your “niche” as opposed to a more general-based coaching. The author offers great practical advice on how a coach can become more secure in his/her field of coaching. Very encouraging and insightful.
