How to be a Successful Leader In Any Network Marketing Business ?

Leaders are Made, NOT born!. Ever since Joining the network Marketing industry has make me realised how important it is in building and maintaining a strong cohesive team whom can work, grow and progress with you to achieve long term success…

As a leader in any network marketing business, keeping your team or downlines are key challenges. Three Key challenges faced by network marketing leaders nowsaday are:

Team members are not engaged and leave the business not long after joining
A Non-productive team, Team not able to generate results or produce any sales.
Lack of knowledge or system to provide and support the team growth

To have a highly engaged and productive team, first we need to know and understand the reasons why people join us. People join a network marketing business is not only because of business itself that can create success and make extra income, but because of who they will work with… If we are not prepared or are not equipped with the best of what a leader can be, in no time, the team will not grow and likewise business.

As a Leader to successfully lead a team of marketers, we need to continuously learn new system, new technology and process to educate and train our members. Its about YOU as a Leader in providing value, mentorship and coaching to build up the competency of your team to further grow your network marketing empire…

This may sound too complicated and time consuming, but its not hard to turn into a successful leader fast. if you really know what you need to do.. I have been leading downlines, people for many years.. Here is what i can share.

Know Your vision and Goal
Give Your team a vision and direction on where you want them to go to create success. What strategy do you have?
1×1 Communication
Have a weekly communicate with individual. 1×1 call or meeting with individual will help to enhance relation and to further understand issues and concern. If you have a group of 100 or more members how can you possibly have a 1×1 meeting. Here is the tips, meet those that you can directly influence or your direct reporting. Each meeting should spend a max of 45mins.
Leveraging on System and Tools
Provide your team with system or tools which they could leverage to grow the business further. Leverage on Internet Tools such as social media to grow network marketing business.
Share Best practise
Organise Team meeting to share best practices. Learn from each others…
Training
This is a must, be it product, services or system training.
Take Action
Walk the Talk. Take action and lead by example. Do and be committed.
Mentorship Program
Identify potential future leaders to be mentor for people within the team who are lagging behind. If you are following this key principle to build your team, be it in an organisation or a networking business, you will emerge yourself as a leader in your industry..

Today, there are many bloggers who maintains their blog website as a business. They make money out of blogging. This is a trend widely accepted by online businesses. Capitalizing on blogs to gain popularity and use this as an opportunity to get closer to their clients and potential customers.

There are many bloggers in the internet that makes a decent living by just blogging. If you want to make money out of blogging, it is important to remember that not every blog is right for making money.

First of all, you should ask yourself why you blog.

Many people have different reasons on why they blog. Here are some of them:

As a personal diary
To help others

To make a living

You can blog for many reasons; you can blog for fun and at the same time, to make a living out of it if it is possible.

To make money out of blogging, you should first understand the two types of earning methods in blogging: The Direct Income Method and; the Indirect Income Method.

In direct income method, you can earn money directly from blogs. In indirect income method, you can earn money because of your blog.

One great way to earn income from your blog is through affiliate programs. This program works by getting a commission for referring a visitor or reader from your blog website to buy a product or service from the company you signed up as an affiliate. To succeed in this type of method, you should choose an affiliate that is related to the topics discussed in your blog website. This is because visitors in your blog are targeted internet traffic; you don’t want to affiliate with a pet store if your site and blog is about golfing.

Another great way to make money out of your blogs is to sell stuff, like t-shirts, mugs and other small things or accessories that you can personalize. Create your own logo and post the designs on your blogs. This is great if your readers are loyal to your blog, they may want to buy something that would make them part of the group.

You can create a subscription based blog. Asking for payment to view your blog and participate in it would generate income. However, there are many blogs out there that may offer the same topic as yours for free. Since free is preferred more than fee, this type of method can rarely succeed. To make this work you may need to be a real expert on a specific topic.

Selling blogs is another way to make money out of blogs. For this, you may need to create a great website in order for it to sell. It should also have a large readership to make this work. You can successfully sell blogs in an auction sites, many buyers will take a look at your blog first and determine if there are a large number of readers and also take a look at the quality of the website.

Some readers will be someone who seeks writers to employ. If you write a good article about a specific topic in your blog, these people may probably hire you to write for them, either for their website or offline as a freelance writer for a newspaper or magazine. You and your skills are discovered through your blog. Your reputation is also important for this to work. Your blog should be able to attract large amount of readers and also remain loyal to you.

Another way to make money is through speaking opportunities. For this, you need to impress readers on what you write about in your blog.
