Venturing into an online business is a totally different ball game compare to any offline business. There are many different ways that constitute to success as an online entrepreneur. Leveraging on the internet to build a business is the way to go in this perpetual evolution. As what Bill Gate said: "If your business is Not Online, You will be out of business…".
 
To really succeed as an online entrepreneur, be it if you are joint venture with someone or as an individual online entrepreneur, it is important to understand how each of this can contribute to success online.
 
Here are 10 key success matrices which are essential but are not limited to only these. 
 
1. Understand Your capabilities
Do you know anything about online marketing ? Do you have technical and programming skill? If not, you will need to start learning some basic as it will help you in getting up to speed, especially in building a blog or landing page. 
 
2. Learn to write
Picking up writing skills and put your own words across to the internet world helps in 2 aspect. Create a uniqueness and your branding. Writing short articles or blog will create your own branding. Learn to wite and develop a writing habbit soon you will be an expert in your own way.
 
3. Be Creative
Online marketing is different from offline methods. Every New ideas will give you extra edge over competitors. Be creative when you go online… as there are many ways to build up your business. There is no standard formula which really works, in fact all methods do works and its a matter how to apply it.  
 
4. Continuous Learning
Online marketing is providing value to the market. Develop a value proposition to attract visitors to visit your website again and again. This requires continuously acquiring new skills and knowledge so that we could value add to our visitors or subscribers.
 
5. Right Business Model
Choose a business model that work best for you. There are many online business models which you could focus… To name a few, affiliate marketing, eBay marketing, Freelance, social network marketing, Blogging, dropshipping, online webinar, Cost Per Action, Online survey, etc… Each model has its own way of marketing methods and it depends on your interest on how this model suits your lifestyle.
 
 
6. Know Your Market Needs
Where is your target market? What you are offering and how your product or services are going to benefits the online community? Understanding the needs and identify solutions to solve the problems will increase your online success.
 
7. Leverage on Tools
There are many free online tools which you could leverage on. Some may need a low investment, but it's worth the investment. Leveraging on tools to help you automate and grow your business is essential. 
 
8. Networking
Online marketing is about networking with people to grow your business. Building relationship with your list is critical and giveaway free gift and tips to your prospective list is essential to your success.
 
9. Be Yourself
It's important to create uniqueness in your own way. Copy and follow others is a "Me Too", and will never get you into anywhere. 
 
10. Develop a Marketing Plan
This is the most critical steps in any online venture. Marketing is about creating awareness of your business to your target market. Develop a 30 days marketing plan. Set goals to ensure you meet each target every day and to ensure by end of each week, you achieved what you have set.

Many people have their own passion, interests and hobbies which they really enjoy in life. Some people enjoy their interest so much that they turn them into a business which they run it for a lifetime. It's one of the most effective ways to build your own business out from your own interest, since you could do it well.
 
If you have passion for pets, fishing, sports, web programming or anything, you could easily turn these passion and interest into a profitable online business if you know how to.
 
If you really want to learn how you could do that, below are some powerful steps which enable you to build a profitable Online Business… You could do extremely well in this business, simply because you have passion for it.
 
Here is the process which you could follow:-
 
#1 – List Down Your Passion
List down things that you like most, your passion, interests and hobbies. It's could be yours or your family interest and hobbies. Brainstorm how much you know about those interests that you have listed. Can you turn this list into a long term business?
 
#2 – Research Your Niche Market
After you have list down your passion and interest. You need to do your market research to explore what you could do in the area of your interest. You are going to find a niche market. For example, if you have passion for Dogs. Research Dogs market to evaluate possible Dog niche  markets. It could be Dog's Training, Dog grooming courses, Dog's Food or Dog's kennel. Research your niche from these sites like amazon.com, ebay.com, magazines.com, google groups, yahoo answers, clickbank.com or commission junction. You are going to evaluate what is the Hot products in your niche markets and if this market really profitable.
 
#3 – Keyword research
Once you have identified a niche market, it time to research on keywords which will results in getting visitors to your business. Take Dog Training as a niche market for example. You need to research keywords that online visitors will use to look for this products. Go to Google Keyword tools (https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal) or any online keyword research tools for your keyword research. You could use paid keyword research tools like Spyfu.com, market samurai, keyword elite or keyword spy tool. Discover top 20 root keywords, in Dog training niche for instance "basic dog training", "how to train a dog". will be your root keywords.  The keyword research is to identify how many searches people are using that keywords to find these products online. Identify keywords which has less competitions but have more than 500 searches per month. Write down these keywords, as later you will need it to build your online store.
 
#4 – Identify Products That Generate Income
Research products in your niche that could generate highest among of income for you. Go into places like Clickbank.com or commission junction to research products in your niche. Also visit amazon or ebay to find products in your niche. Sign up as affiliate in your choosen products for promotion. One of the key success strategy is to develop your own products, but if you do not have your own, don't worry, you could purchase a PLR (Private Label Rights) product and sell it under your own brand. There are plenty out there to choose from.
 
#5 – Build Your Online Store 
Use the keywords which you have selected in Step#3 and build your store with contents that includes those keywords. Choose a domain name which is also close to one of the keywords and build your online store under your choosen domain name.
 
Follow this process to brainstorm and to identify your niche market based on your interests. You should be able to identify a profitable niche market which can create a steady stream of income for you.

About WHO You Are, What You Do, Your knowledge and capabilities that enable you To Share…  By personally expressing their thoughts, Ideas and experiences into their own blog, websites or videos and social networking sites, An Online Entrepreneur are able to attract like-minded individuals into the business and as a results building up list of potential business leads into their marketing funnnels. 
 
The problem is How do we apply the Law of Attraction Marketing into Your Niche business ? 
Based on my view, these are the 3 steps on How You can adopt attraction marketing strategy:
 
  1. know Your Skill and Ability
  2. Your ability to put together what You acquired into useful information
  3. How You share your acquired knowledge and skill to the community
These steps really looks simple, BUT How do you leverage on attraction marketing to build your business online. The process may look complex, to make it simple and easy, I have outline it in simple lay man terms which you should be able to follow this process.
 
Step #1 – Understand Your Passion 
Understand Your Interest and Passion, what you excel best in ? Your long term goals and visions.
 
Step #2 – Create Value 
Bring value by Sharing your knowledge which you acquired or learn On your blog, Videos, Social Media like Facebook or Twitter..etc. Tell people WHO you are, Create a Bio in the profile page with a decent Photo. Include "My Story" to tell people who you really are, Your experience and Your Qualification, Hobbies and Interests…
 
Step #3 – Acquire Leads
When People like what you have to share and your profile. They will be attracted into Your contents/Blog or video and will automatically follow up. You need to have a mechanism to capture your prospect contact details into your marketing funnel.
 
Step #4 – Follow Up
Once You got your your List of prospect in your marketing funnel. Develop a followup mechanism to consistent share information and provide value to your Prospect. As relationship is the Key to Any Online Business.
 
Step #5 – Continuous Sharing
Share News, Latest product/services and market information about your niche. Remember the 80/20 rules. 20% of Your Prospect who became Your customers will continue to be with you and give you repeat Sales. So Keep Sharing Contents and provide VALUE.

How to be a Successful Leader In Any Network Marketing Business ?

Leaders are Made, NOT born!. Ever since Joining the network Marketing industry has make me realised how important it is in building and maintaining a strong cohesive team whom can work, grow and progress with you to achieve long term success…

As a leader in any network marketing business, keeping your team or downlines are key challenges.  Three  Key challenges faced by network marketing leaders nowsaday are:

  1. Team members are not engaged and leave the business not long after joining
  2. A Non-productive team, Team not able to generate results or produce any sales.
  3. Lack of knowledge or system to provide and support the team growth

To have a highly engaged and productive team, first we need to know and understand the reasons why people join us. People join a network marketing business is not only because of business itself that can create success and make extra income, but because of who they will work with… If we are not prepared or are not equipped with the best of what a leader can be, in no time, the team will not grow and likewise business.

As a Leader to successfully lead a team of marketers, we need to continuously learn new system, new technology and process to educate and train our members. Its about YOU as a Leader in providing value, mentorship and coaching to build up the competency of your team to further grow your network marketing empire…

This may sound too complicated and time consuming, but its not hard to turn into a successful leader fast. if you really know what you need to do..  I have been leading downlines, people for many years.. Here is what i can share.

  1. Know Your vision and Goal
    Give Your team a vision and direction on where you want them to go to create success. What strategy do you have?
  2. 1×1 Communication
    Have a weekly communicate with individual. 1×1 call or meeting with individual will help to enhance relation and to further understand issues and concern. If you have a group of 100 or more members how can you possibly have a 1×1 meeting. Here is the tips, meet those that you can directly influence or your direct reporting. Each meeting should spend a max of 45mins.
  3. Leveraging on System and Tools
    Provide your team with system or tools which they could leverage to grow the business further. Leverage on Internet Tools such as social media to grow network marketing business.
  4. Share Best practise
    Organise Team meeting to share best practices. Learn from each others…
  5. Training
    This is a must, be it product, services or system training.
  6. Take Action
    Walk the Talk. Take action and lead by example. Do and be committed.
  7. Mentorship Program
    Identify potential future leaders to be mentor for people within the team who are lagging behind. If you are following this key principle to build your team, be it in an organisation or a networking business, you will emerge yourself as a leader in your industry..

For those who have come upon a successful affiliate marketing, they have the ability to “print” money anytime they want to. Simply put, these marketers have what it takes to think up cash and make them into solid checks.

Too good to be true? This is what affiliate marketing can do.

The amazing thing about affiliate marketing is that anyone can make incredible profits, without much work needed and in as little as 2 or 3 weeks.

This basically means that you can start from nothing and make easy cash, without having to create your own products, website, or write a single ad copy.

This is what makes affiliate marketing a good starting point for those newbies who want to have an idea what it is like to be in a business. It gives them the opportunity to work on their own time, using other people’s efforts and resources, to gain profits while educating themselves in the process.

Affiliate marketing is an earning while learning business. This is where most people get the knowledge to make it big on other forms of business in the future. This is their starting point.
