The way you prospect customers into your business using the traditional way. Targeting warm market:- that is family, friends, relatives or colleagues, and in no time you may run out of prospects. Cold call became the next natural target. Cold Market is tough and difficult to penetrate and most networker begin to lose confidence and drop off the matrix due to fear of rejection. To me, this is mind set challenge and old school are view not as effective in the current network marketing evolution. How many of your circle of friends will join you and become your team in any program?
Today, the way of prospecting leads are getting more advanced. with the fast growing internet technology, the emerging Social media website changes the way we do network marketing business. This New School way of prospecting changes our approach by leveraging technology and tools to help us get more leads much faster and best of all anywhere anytime.. More network business are moving into this trend, however, some program are still doing the business in the Old School way…

2. Prospecting
The way we prospect online vs the way we do business face-to-face are entirely different and each has it's own pro and cons. Personal touch is vital and play an important aspect to close a sales. Be it f2f meeting or call via Skype or online messenger are ways to build personal touch to gain confidence in the prospect in believing in You and your program. However, F2F is by far the most effective because of personal touch, emotional and better communication.
3. System and Training
Developing a system, irregardless of any matrix plan, is key to build a systematic process to market any program. Prospecting is a process. It's about leveraging on tools and resources, both human and technology. Training is part of a system. Many program neglect the important of training. The most critical training for any networker is mindset. Strong Entrepreneur mindset is important to achieve Success. Leadership and Management skill training are both essential and finally product training.
